Omnia Eteyari

Co-Founder/ CEO

Omnia is a passionate and enthusiastic entrepreneur, architect and Railway Engineer. After earning her Bcs. degree in Architecture and Regional Planning Engineering, from Tripoli University, she gained a wealth of knowledge through five years working experience with one of the world’s leading companies in Railway Business “The German Railways”, two of which as an expat in the Gulf region and in Germany. Omnia has entered the entrepreneurial field by starting her own enterprise “Mazadah”, striving to make an impact in building the human capital by providing cutting edge training and consultation services on innovative technologies, for the regional market, with a special focus on (LINUX), holding the mission of bridging the knowledge and technology gap between the west and the Arabic region.
Within two years of operation, Mazadah has received two international AWARDS from it’s international partners: “Mile2’s Training Center of the Year in MENA 2013”, and “Red Hat’s Director’s Award for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) 2014”. Mazadah today is the strongest Red Hat Certified Training Partner (RHCTP) in the MENA region. In addition, it is the only RHCTP in MENA with a multi-regional contract, acting as the first and only one in Libya, the only one in Jordan and the only advanced RHCTP in Egypt, with a plan to expand further in the region.

Hadi Naser

Co-Founder/ Business Advisor

An extremely passionate and innovative business entrepreneur who hase started his first business in an early age; which has grown, through his talent and determination to become one of the most famous and respected companies in the Libyan market. “Libyan Spider LLC.” has developed, over 12 years of operation, to a leading enterprise in web-hosting and online service with more than 15,000 loyal clients and over 82% of global market share for “.ly” domain service, that’s in addition to the number of valuable partnerships with prominent international companies.

Observing the market and the expanding matter of unemployment among youth in the region, as well as the difficulties faced by companies to find qualified employees; all together have lead Mr. Naser to start “Job.ly”, establishing with this; a fast and easy to use free platform to provide a quick connection between job seekers and business owner. Moreover, he has ambitiously planned and co-founded “Mazadah for Training and Development LLC” with an aim to develop capacity building service in Libya and enhance it with professional training and high-quality certified courses.

Mohamed Maraghy

Mr. Maraghy is passionate and hardworking IT expert and an authorized RedHat and VMTraining Instructor; who has around 10 years of experience in consultancy and training in Red Hat Linux official courses. During his studies in El-Mansoura University in Egypt, back in 2002, he worked, part-time, as a Professional Systems Engineer with an authorized IBM partner. After graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Computers and Systems Engineering in 2007, he started his career as an Instructor and a Technical Consultant in one of the well-known IT companies in Egypt. He had the responsibility of implementing professional services for customers and providing them with technical consultancy and support. Due to his advanced abilities to solve problems and his highly committed personality, he was often, receiving requests from customers to join in their projects.

Mohamed now holds up to 15 recognized certifications in Red Hat, Linux and VMware. He, faithfully, believes in open source and works toward promoting it by sharing his knowledge, with the aim to play an important role in the Arab countries to switch to Linux and open source projects. He is a Fedora Ambassador, and has held several presentations about Linux and Open Source Technologies to Engineering students in various countries, as well a Red Hat courses to hundreds of trainees across the region.

Muslim

Senior Red Hat Consultant

Muslim Abu-Taha is a Brazilian/Jordanian Instructor at Mazadah. Having more than 10 years of experience in Linux administration and FOSS, Muslim has helped companies in Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Germany to enhance and push forward their infrastructure to a next level by helping them migrate to Linux, implement private clouds, develop full stack web applications and implementing DevOps.

Muslim is one of the few RHCAs (Red Hat Certified Architect) available worldwide and probably the only one in Jordan. He has conducted several Linux training in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. He had taught Linux+, LPI level- I and Network+ at Millennium Institute (Jeddah), King Abdulaziz University (Jeddah), Riyadh Technical College (Riyadh), Al-Meem United Factory (Riyadh), Pricess Sumaya University (Amman) and Opensooq Ltd (Amman). He also has conducted training in DevOps which included source code management systems (SCM) as well as basic PHP programming skills.

Moustafa H.

Moustafa is a highly qualified technical consultant, who worked as a system architect and integrator with extensive project management and team leadership experience. He has over 8 years of experience working with Linux and Open Source Technologies.

Together with his Linux experience, Moustafa has in-depth knowledge and experience in network design, management, monitoring and security as well as a broad understanding of open source technologies, storage and backup systems, virtualization and cloud computing.

One of his highlighting projects was leading the team that designed and supported the TETRA network, one of the most critical networks in Qatar, and integrating many technologies to create a constantly available network. Moustafa designed and implemented the LAN of Qatar Ministry of Interior Enterprise, which has cutting edge technologies in both hardware and software. He designed and created several Enterprise wireless networks that serves thousands of users with full control of the network and the users.

Among his society development efforts, Moustafa created the biggest Arab community for teaching Linux and other open source technologies, containing dozens of videos from his own creation that helps countless of engineers and students to achieve Redhat Certificates and transfer knowledge to them in a simple, affordable, fast and easy way.

Moustafa have been working as an instructor for more than 6 years, teaching thousands of students for both on site (in Egypt, UAE and KSA) and online virtual training.

Abdullah

Red Hat Consultant

Abdullah is the senior system engineer; he has graduated from Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan, with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology in 2007. Now he has about 6 years of experience in teaching and consultancy in Linux, open source projects and Virtualization fields.

Abdullah holds 4 certificates in Linux, all from RedHat company. He used to be an instructor for Linux, Unix and Network and had conducted Red Hat courses for more than 500 people, tens of them were able to pass in different Red Hat exams. He prepared 4 of his trainees to be able to solo teach Red Hat courses, and they are now working as Red Hat instructors in major Red Hat training centers.

Abdullah is eager to share his knowledge with others and be a successful tool that helps people migrating from closed source field to the freely open source world!

Mohammad D.

Red Hat Expert

Mohammad is a System Engineer holding a BSc Degree in communication and electronics engineering from Mansoura University. He has a broad experience in working with several products and technologies; such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, Satellite Server, IPA and Openstack. In additional to his experience in Red Hat products, Mohamed is also fond of VMware products, and mainly vSphere.

As a Linux System Engineer, he has practiced a number of web-based applications for education, healthcare and human resource.

Because of his passionate about the Open Source movement, he became a member of Open Source Club in Egypt, where he delivered many lectures and organized events concentrating on raising the awareness about the importance and power of Open Source projects.

Mohamed is also a technical author. He wrote several articles and blogs about Linux System Administration and Virtualization technologies in famous blog sites like Tecmint  (as a Pro. Author). He also started a YouTube channel with over 10,000 views in 3-years, and became a (Verified partner) from YouTube.

As a trainer, Mohammad has taught a wide number of trainees from different countries like Egypt, Yamen and Turkey, through actual in person courses, as well as virtual trainings and online videos.
